Load Error In keeping with one of her campaign promises, Gov. Maura Healey has restated her intention to offer a free community college education for individuals 25 and older who've stopped short of attaining that degree. And now Healey used an April 13 appearance at Chelmsford High School to announce the expansion of the Innovation Career Pathways program, which brings real-world skills into mainstream public high-school classrooms.
