NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING October 17, 2023 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the City of Fitchburg, Dane County, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on October 17th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Fitchburg City Hall, 5520 Lacy Road, Fitchburg, WI 53711 on Rezone request RZ-2526-23 by Jon Macaulay, to rezone property from R-D (Rural Development) to B-H (Highway Business) in order to amend property boundaries between the existing residence and business associated with 1916 County Highway MM, more fully described as: A parcel of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, all in Section 25, T6N, R9E, City of Fitchburg, Dane County, Wisconsin At the above indicated time, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to speak.
