BOSTON, MA — A New Hampshire man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly committing five Massachusetts bank robberies in 2022, including one in Wilmington, the U.S. District Attorney's Office of Massachusetts announced Monday. Reinaldo Ortiz, 45, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was indicted on five counts of bank robbery. The charge of bank robbery provides a sentence of up to 10 years in prison, three years supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
