The North Central Massachusetts Development Corp. granted $10,000 to the City of Fitchburg for the development of pop-up shops for local artisans, crafters, and entrepreneurs. The City has been working with InTown Fitchburg, local event planners, and coordinators to identify locations for new pop-up businesses in the downtown area, according to a Monday press release from NCMDC, which is the economic development division of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce.
