FMC Ice Sports managed 27 facilities across Massachusetts including the Burlington Ice Palace. (Google Maps)WOBURN, MA — Woburn community members will have a chance to skate for a cause this weekend as part of the 30th anniversary celebration of the FMC Ice Sports network. All 27 FMC Ice Sports rinks across Massachusetts will donate 30% of their public skating admissions proceeds to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs between Dec. 2 and Dec. 4. While Woburn already has separate local skating via the O'Brien Ice Rink in town, community members need only travel to the Burlington Ice Palace in Burlington to take part in the fundraiser.
