Massachusetts State Police earlier this week joined the search for Ethan Freeman, a Fitchburg man who has been missing since mid-January, authorities said. State troopers helped Fitchburg police look for Freeman on Wednesday, using their air wing, Special Emergency Response Team and K-9 Unit in the search for the 23-year-old man, who was reported missing Jan. 19, according to a statement from state police. 'At this time, this remains a missing person investigation,' the statement said. Freeman was last seen the evening of Jan.
