A Fitchburg woman won $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery's '$1,000,000 Winning 7″ instant ticket game on Jan. 9.Almanzar Thomas chose to receive her prize via cash, which means she'll get a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. Thomas said she plans to buy a house and a car with her winnings.Thomas bought her winning ticket at Wyman's Liquors located at 519 Electric Ave. in Fitchburg. Because it sold the ticket, Wyman's Liquors will receive a $10,000 bonus.As of Jan. 12, Thomas' winning ticket is the largest prize claimed from the '$1,000,000 Winning 7″ scratch ticket.
